We seek to provide lost children with a place to belong, one that is safe, welcoming, and feels like home.
Our campus is expanding and our building projects are opportunities for you to be more specifically involved in the restoration of these children’s lives by ensuring they can have a positive, safe and healthy environment in which to grow up and flourish.
By offering your resources, time, or expertise, you can make an impact in the lives of these children! Read more about the specific projects currently underway at Laugh Out Loud Belize.
Project Synopsis: We have spent over a decade teaching our kids how to dream big and to run after God’s destiny for their lives. We soon realized that our fulfillment of their love and care didn’t stop as our kids turned into adults at 18 years old. Under direction from the Lord, we helped to cultivate those dreams in our kids’ hearts and now our Laugh Out Loud Tiny Homes project is the way we intend to steward those dreams and help see them become reality.
As our children transform into adults and launch into their destiny, we realized that many of them need a new kind of support. The solution to that problem is our new Tiny Home Village, an expansion of our campus to include five tiny homes and one community building.
Our Tiny Homes Village will allow those adults, 18 and older, to apply for housing that allows them to get a jump start on their future. While in the tiny homes, they will be going to college, studying for critical job training and new skills, learning how to save and budget, and acquiring the necessary tools they need to follow their dreams and be productive adults.
Below is a tour of our most completed tiny home to date, and a model for what each of the other four will look like. It accommodates one adult with 300 sq. feet of multi-functional living space, complete with a fully functional kitchen with pantry, full bathroom with walk-in shower, living/dining room combo, and a loft area for bedroom and closet space.

Project Synopsis: Welcome Home is a project currently underway to give our children the gift of family. We desire to provide our children the best opportunity to experience God’s redeeming love by providing them a safe environment in which they can receive healing from their past, discover their true identity, and be loved the way they deserve.
In 2018, we began to execute a plan to build five single-family homes to be places of refuge and restoration. Each home will have a dedicated set of house parents to love, nurture, and disciple the children as they grow.
Two homes have been completed, and already we have witnessed the individualized love and care eliminate many behavioral issues we used to see in our former institutional system, and it has allowed the kids the ability to have greater breakthrough. This is also providing critical space for them to learn the life skills needed to move into adulthood.
This project is already showing great signs of success even though it is only 40% complete. Two additional homes remain to be built. The cost of each build is $194,000, plus an additional $37,500 for site development, shipping, duty, and taxes. If you feel led to invest into this project, please click the button below.
